Description of Services
Vynapse provides AI consulting, automation development, AI product engineering, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a project agreement, all custom work product created for a client during an engagement is owned by the client upon full payment. Vynapse retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or methodologies used in the delivery of services.
Limitation of Liability
Vynapse's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
